Greenhouse Operations
- When do you close for the season?
- We're closing at the end of September this year.
- When do you open for the season?
- Our tentative opening date for the 2026 season is May 1st.
- Can I reserve plants to be picked up later in the season?
- No, we do not take pre-orders due to space constraints
- I'm looking for a specific tree/shrub/perennial. Can you order one for me?

Pot & Tray Returns
- Do you take pots and trays back?
- POTS: As of 2026 we will no longer be accepting used pots. After a season of disinfecting and reusing pots, the integrity of the plastic has unfortunately been compromised to the point of breakage. Broken pots mean inconsistent watering and growing, as well and dropped plants, so we will therefore no longer be accepting pots for this purpose. We encourage you to reuse your pots, or reach out to local community gardens to see if they're looking for donations.
- TRAYS: We will happily take back any of our used trays. We encourage all of our customers to reuse or bring back any trays or bring a box to carry your plants.
Gift Certificates
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes! You can purchase gift cards here. They can be used online and in store. You can also purchase paper gift certificates at our physical location, which can only be used in store.
- I have a paper gift certificate from a previous year. Can I use it?
- Yes. Paper gift certificates can be used in store only. Keep in mind that our gift certificates never expire!
